Josh’s early career in the investment industry centered on equity investments at a large RIA, where he honed skills in financial modeling and company valuation across multiple sectors. It is here where he discovered his passion for real estate investing, contributing to a deal team that acquired several office and multifamily properties throughout the U.S., delivering portfolio diversification and attractive returns to shareholders.
